This Privacy Policy explains how Elaborapp Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") processes data when you use the todayOS iPhone app, Apple Watch app, Mac app, Widgets, notifications, and website.
Data We Process
- HealthKit data: depending on your authorization, todayOS reads activity energy, exercise time, stand data, steps, time in daylight, water intake, tooth brushing, workouts, mindfulness, sleep, and heart rate variability. todayOS may write water intake and tooth brushing records.
- Aggregated health data: to show consistent daily state across your devices, todayOS stores daily summaries, todayOS-created water/tooth brushing records, HealthKit export receipts, deletion tombstones, device identifiers, and update timestamps.
- Schedules and preferences: wake, wind down, sleep, meal, shower, custom schedule, goals, action preferences, notification settings, todayOS+ settings, user onboarding completion, and recent event timestamps.
- Location and weather: if you grant location permission, todayOS stores your current coordinates on device for sunrise/sunset, sky color, daylight, and weather features. Weather cache may include temperature, weather symbol, location name, and fetch time.
- Screen usage ranges: where supported, todayOS may store minute-based device usage ranges to support sedentary, break, or relaxation prompts.
- Purchase data: todayOS uses RevenueCat to check todayOS+ entitlements, products, purchases, and restores. Payments are processed by Apple; todayOS does not receive full payment card numbers.
- Analytics data: todayOS uses TelemetryDeck for product analytics. todayOS does not send HealthKit contents, precise location, payment card numbers, or free-form Google Forms responses to TelemetryDeck. We will never collect this information.
- Public beta form: if you choose to join the public beta through Google Forms, Google processes the information you submit under its own policies.
Where Data Is Stored
Data is stored on your device or Apple account, including HealthKit and iCloud. When iCloud sync is enabled, todayOS syncs summaries, preferences, and recent events. This data is processed by Apple's iCloud infrastructure and depends on your Apple ID and device settings.
How We Use Data
- To calculate the most relevant action for the current moment.
- To show action reminders in the iOS app, Apple Watch, Mac, Widgets across platforms, and notifications.
- To sync preferences, schedules, and summaries across your own devices.
- To process todayOS+ purchases, restores, and entitlements.
- To improve reliability, understand feature usage, and troubleshoot errors.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, data brokerage, or similar purposes.
- We do not send HealthKit contents, precise location, or payment details to TelemetryDeck.
- We do not send HealthKit contents or precise location to RevenueCat.
Third-Party Services
todayOS uses Apple HealthKit, iCloud, WeatherKit, MapKit, UserNotifications, RevenueCat, TelemetryDeck, GitHub Pages, and Google Forms as needed. These services process data under their own policies. RevenueCat supports subscriptions and entitlements; TelemetryDeck supports analytics; Google Forms is used only when you submit the public beta form.
Your Controls
- You can adjust or revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app.
- You can disable location, notifications, and iCloud in system settings.
- You can disable iCloud sync in todayOS+ settings.
- You can view or delete health data written by todayOS in Apple Health.
- You can delete the app to remove local data; data retained by iCloud, Apple, RevenueCat, or Google may require each service's own deletion process.
Retention
todayOS keeps data only as needed to provide features. Some state is overwritten by newer data, screen usage ranges are short-lived, and purchase or entitlement records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat for subscription, tax, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Children
todayOS is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
Updates
We may update this policy when features, data flows, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or app where appropriate.

我們處理哪些資料
- HealthKit 資料：依你授權的範圍讀取活動能量、運動時間、站立、步數、日照時間、喝水、刷牙、運動、正念、睡眠與心率變異等資料；寫入喝水與刷牙紀錄。
- 彙整健康資料：為了跨裝置顯示同一天的狀態，todayOS 會保存每日彙整結果、todayOS 內建立的喝水/刷牙紀錄、HealthKit 匯出收據、刪除標記、裝置識別字串與更新時間。
- 行程與偏好：起床、睡前、睡眠、用餐、淋浴、自訂時間、目標、行動偏好、通知設定、todayOS+ 設定、使用者引導完成狀態與最近操作時間。
- 位置與天氣：如果你允許位置權限，todayOS 會在裝置上保存目前座標，用於日出日落、天色、日照與天氣顯示；天氣快取可能包含溫度、天氣符號、地點名稱與查詢時間。
- 螢幕使用區段：Mac 或其他平台支援時，todayOS 可能保存以分鐘區段表示的裝置使用時間，用來判斷久坐、休息或放鬆提醒。
- 購買資料：todayOS 使用 RevenueCat 檢查 todayOS+ 權益、商品、購買與恢復購買狀態。付款資料由 Apple 處理，todayOS 不會收到完整付款卡號。
- 分析資料：todayOS 使用 TelemetryDeck 做產品分析。todayOS 不會把 HealthKit 內容、精確位置、付款卡號或你在 Google Forms 填寫的文字送到 TelemetryDeck。我們永遠也不會蒐集這些資訊。
- 公開測試表單：如果你點選「加入中文版公開測試」並填寫 Google Forms，該表單會依 Google 的政策處理你提供的資料。
資料儲存位置
資料會保存在你的裝置或 Apple 帳號，包含 HealthKit 與 iCloud。當 iCloud 同步啟用時，todayOS 會同步彙整資料、偏好、與最近事件。這些資料由 Apple 的 iCloud 基礎設施處理，並與你的 Apple ID 與裝置設定相關。
我們如何使用資料
- 計算現在最值得做的一個行動。
- 在 iOS App、Apple Watch、Mac、各平台的 Widget 與通知上，顯示行動提醒。
- 同步你自己的裝置之間的偏好、行程與彙整狀態。
- 處理 todayOS+ 購買、恢復購買與權益判斷。
- 改善穩定性、理解功能使用情況、排查錯誤。
我們不會做的事
- 不販售你的個人資料。
- 不把 HealthKit 資料用於廣告、資料仲介或類似用途。
- 不把 HealthKit 內容、精確位置或付款資料傳給 TelemetryDeck。
- 不把 HealthKit 內容或精確位置傳給 RevenueCat。
第三方服務
todayOS 依功能需要使用 Apple HealthKit、iCloud、WeatherKit、MapKit、UserNotifications、RevenueCat、TelemetryDeck、GitHub Pages 與 Google Forms。這些服務會依各自政策處理資料。RevenueCat 用於訂閱與購買權益；TelemetryDeck 用於分析；Google Forms 僅在你主動填寫公開測試表單時使用。
你的控制權
- 你可以在 iOS 設定或健康 App 中調整或撤回 HealthKit 權限。
- 你可以在系統設定中關閉位置、通知與 iCloud。
- 你可以在 todayOS+ 設定中關閉 iCloud 同步。
- 你可以在 Apple Health 中檢視或刪除 todayOS 寫入的健康資料。
- 你可以刪除 app 以移除本機資料；iCloud、Apple、RevenueCat 或 Google 保留的資料可能需要依各服務的流程處理。
保留期間
todayOS 只在提供功能需要時保留資料。部分狀態會被最新資料覆蓋，螢幕使用區段有短期有效期限，購買與權益資料會依 Apple 與 RevenueCat 的訂閱、稅務、退款與防詐需求保留。
兒童
todayOS 不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計。若你認為兒童提供了個人資料，請聯絡我們處理。
政策更新
當功能、資料流程或法規需求改變時，我們可能更新本政策。重大變更會以網站或 app 內適當方式告知。
