By using the todayOS app, Widgets, notifications, website, or public beta versions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. "todayOS", "the Service", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the todayOS services provided by Elaborapp Co., Ltd.
Service
todayOS helps you organize the rhythm of your day and surfaces context-aware health or lifestyle actions based on data you provide or authorize. todayOS may show reminders on iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, Widgets, and notifications.
Not Medical Advice
todayOS is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, emergency, or mental health service. Content shown by todayOS is for general lifestyle organization and reminders only and should not replace advice from physicians, mental health professionals, dietitians, coaches, or other qualified professionals. If you experience physical distress, mental health crisis, or an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
HealthKit, Location, and Permissions
Some todayOS features require HealthKit, location, notification, iCloud, or other system permissions. You may deny or revoke permissions; some features may then be unavailable or less accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide or authorize todayOS to use the relevant data.
Public Beta
Public beta versions may include unfinished features, bugs, data format changes, or interruptions. We may change, suspend, or remove beta features at any time. Do not rely on public beta versions as your only or mission-critical tool.
Subscriptions and Purchases
todayOS+ may offer subscriptions through App Store in-app purchases. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled by Apple and App Store rules; RevenueCat helps determine entitlement status. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the period and price shown by the App Store unless you cancel in Apple ID subscription management.
Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, crack, bypass paid features, or abuse public beta access.
- Do not interfere with the Service, website, third-party providers, or other users.
- Do not use todayOS in unlawful ways or in ways that endanger yourself or others.
Intellectual Property
The todayOS name, design, code, graphics, text, and other content, except for third-party components and system materials, are owned by Elaborapp Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and Service under these Terms.
Third-Party Services
todayOS may use Apple HealthKit, iCloud, WeatherKit, MapKit, UserNotifications, App Store, RevenueCat, TelemetryDeck, GitHub Pages, and Google Forms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party service availability, data processing, or policy changes.
No Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, todayOS is provided as is, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, fit for every need, or able to prevent health, lifestyle, work, or financial losses.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, todayOS, Elaborapp Co., Ltd., and related providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, todayOS. Where applicable law does not allow some exclusions, these Terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded.
Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your use of todayOS. You may also stop using and delete the app at any time.
Updates
We may update these Terms when features, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use of todayOS after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
Except for mandatory laws that apply in your location and cannot be excluded, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

服務內容
todayOS 依你提供或授權的資料，協助整理一天的節奏，並提示當下較適合的健康或生活行動。todayOS 可在 iPhone、Apple Watch、Mac、Widget 與通知中顯示提醒。
不是醫療建議
todayOS 不是醫療、診斷、治療、緊急救援或心理健康服務。todayOS 顯示的內容只用於一般生活管理與提醒，不應取代醫師、心理師、營養師、教練或其他專業人員的建議。若你有身體不適、心理危機或緊急狀況，請立即聯絡當地緊急服務或合格專業人員。
HealthKit、位置與權限
todayOS 的部分功能需要 HealthKit、位置、通知、iCloud 或其他系統權限。你可以拒絕或撤回權限；部分功能可能因此無法使用或準確度下降。你必須確認你有權提供或授權 todayOS 使用相關資料。
公開測試
公開測試版本可能包含未完成功能、錯誤、資料格式變更或服務中斷。我們可能隨時修改、暫停或移除測試功能。請不要把公開測試版本當作唯一或關鍵用途工具。
訂閱與購買
todayOS+ 可能透過 App Store 內購買項目提供訂閱。購買、續訂、取消、退款與付款由 Apple 與 App Store 規則處理；RevenueCat 用於協助判斷購買權益。訂閱會依 App Store 顯示的週期與價格自動續訂，除非你在 Apple ID 訂閱管理中取消。
可接受使用
- 不得逆向工程、破解、繞過付費功能或濫用公開測試資格。
- 不得干擾服務、網站、第三方供應商或其他使用者。
- 不得以違法、危害自己或他人的方式使用 todayOS。
智慧財產權
todayOS 的名稱、設計、程式碼、圖像、文字與其他內容，除第三方元件與系統素材外，均由精巧應用有限公司或其授權人保留權利。你取得的是依本條款使用 app 與服務的有限、非專屬、不可轉讓授權。
第三方服務
todayOS 可能使用 Apple HealthKit、iCloud、WeatherKit、MapKit、UserNotifications、App Store、RevenueCat、TelemetryDeck、GitHub Pages 與 Google Forms。第三方服務由各自條款與政策約束。我們不控制第三方服務的可用性、資料處理或規則變更。
無擔保
在法律允許範圍內，todayOS 以現況提供，不保證不中斷、無錯誤、完全準確、符合所有需求，或可避免任何健康、生活、工作或財務損失。
責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，todayOS、精巧應用有限公司與相關供應商不對因使用或無法使用 todayOS 所生的間接、附帶、特殊、懲罰性或衍生損害負責。若法律不允許排除某些責任，本條款不會限制該等不可排除的權利。
終止
如果你違反本條款，我們可以限制或終止你對 todayOS 的使用。你也可以隨時停止使用並刪除 app。
條款更新
我們可能因功能、服務或法規變更而更新本條款。更新後繼續使用 todayOS，即表示你接受更新後的條款。
準據法
除你所在地法律另有不可排除的強制規定外，本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。
